Founders Kris & Brianna Chavez
Kris Chavez, Founder, brings more than a decade of experience across residential and commercial roofing. From early hands-on work to managing large-scale projects, Kris built Apex on principles of transparency, accountability, and quality workmanship.
Co-founder Brianna Chavez oversees office operations and daily workflow, ensuring every project runs smoothly and every client receives attentive, reliable communication. Together, Kris and Brianna built Apex Roofing Systems as a family-rooted company where clients feel valued, respected, and supported from start to finish.
About eighteen months after Apex was founded, longtime friends Barty Quarders and Brad Beedy joined Kris and Brianna on the leadership team. As founders of QB Development—Apex’s parent general contracting company—they brought decades of construction experience, business leadership, disciplined processes, and shared values.
